Accessibility Statement

SITE OPERATION

This property website (the “Website”) is provided through a platform developed, hosted, and maintained by 365 Connect, LLC (“365 Connect,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) and is licensed for use by us to the legal entity (“Subscriber”) that owns or manages the property featured on this Website (collectively the “Property Management Company”). The terms "you," "your," and "user" (collectively the “Users”) refer separately to each person (each individual and each entity for whom the individual acts) that accesses or uses this Website.

This Accessibility Statement describes our accessibility practices for the Website and the features and content we develop and maintain. Third-party websites, services, embeds, and inline frames may be linked to or displayed within the Website, but are operated or supplied by other parties and are not necessarily included in the scope of our accessibility practices or audits. The Property Management Company may also supply property information, documents, media, and other content, and may select third-party services to be linked to or integrated with the Website. The accessibility of property-supplied and third-party content is addressed separately below.

WE VALUE DIGITAL INCLUSION

We believe everyone should be able to explore a website, find the information they need, and take the next step with confidence. We are committed to improving the accessibility and usability of the Website features we develop and maintain for people with disabilities.

Accessibility considerations are incorporated into our design, development, testing, and maintenance processes. Our team uses a combination of automated tools and manual review to identify potential barriers, evaluate changes, and guide improvements. Feedback from people who use the Website, including those who use assistive technologies, helps inform this work.

This commitment extends beyond any single review. We consider accessibility as features are developed and updated, draw on feedback from people using the Website, and use what we learn to guide improvements to the features we control.

COMPLETE APPROACH

We design and develop the Website features we control with the goal of conforming to Level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). WCAG provides testable criteria intended to make web content more perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust for people with disabilities.

Our approach extends beyond automated scanning. We consider how content is structured, how interactive features behave, whether information can be reached and understood using a keyboard or assistive technology, and how users are informed when a form requires attention. We use standards-based development practices where appropriate and consider accessibility throughout the life of the features we maintain.

Accessibility may vary as content and technology change. Property-supplied materials and services provided by other companies may also affect a visitor’s experience. Our WCAG 2.2 Level AA goal for features we control should not be understood as a guarantee that every page, document, integration, or service will meet every accessibility standard or work with every device and assistive technology at all times.

CONFORMANCE MONITORING

Our team performs accessibility checks during development and maintenance and reviews issues reported by users. Depending on the feature, these checks may involve automated evaluation, manual inspection, keyboard testing, and testing with assistive technologies.

We engage an independent accessibility firm to conduct human-led audits of the Website on a semiannual schedule, although the timing of individual audits may vary. Each audit evaluates the pages and functionality identified in its scope against WCAG 2.2, Level AA, and provides findings and recommendations that we use to guide corrective work, testing, and future development.

Each audit reflects our Website content and functionality tested at the time of evaluation. Our independent audits do not assess property-supplied content or third-party services. Changes made after an audit were not part of that evaluation, and accessibility issues may arise or be identified between reviews.

OPEN COMMITMENT

We devote resources to improving accessibility in the Website features and content we develop and maintain. Depending on the feature involved, our practices include:

These practices apply to the features and content we develop and maintain. Property-supplied content and third-party services are discussed in the next section.

EXCEPTIONS AND THIRD-PARTY CONTENT

The Website may include content, features, and services supplied or selected by the Property Management Company or provided by its vendors, users, and other third parties. These may be linked from the Website, embedded within a page, displayed through an inline frame, or connected through an integration.

Examples include external websites and applications; maps and directions; virtual tours; videos, captions, and media players; social media feeds and reviews; chat and messaging tools; scheduling systems; rental applications; screening and identity-verification services; payment and resident portals; forms; widgets and plugins; authentication systems; advertising content; APIs and data feeds; downloadable documents; and user-generated or dynamically updated materials (collectively, “Third-Party Content”).

Images displayed on the Website may be supplied, uploaded, edited, or enhanced by us or the Property Management Company, including through AI-assisted tools. The Website platform includes a field for entering image descriptions that can be conveyed to people using screen readers. Our independent audits evaluate that functionality, but do not audit every property-specific image or description added after testing. The party supplying or publishing a meaningful image should provide an appropriate description, regardless of how the image was created or enhanced. If a description is missing or does not convey the image’s meaningful content, the resulting page may present an accessibility barrier. Please report any such barrier through the Accessibility Assistance section.

The Property Management Company or applicable provider may control the content, code, operation, updates, and accessibility of these components. Third-Party Content may change independently of the Website. Our independent accessibility audits do not assess third-party services or property-supplied content. An audit of the Website features should not be understood as an audit or certification of an external destination, embedded service, inline frame, property-supplied document, or user-supplied item.

We do not control every aspect of Third-Party Content and cannot warrant its accuracy, availability, functionality, or accessibility. Linking to or displaying a third-party service does not, by itself, mean that we operate or endorse that service.

An embedded or connected feature can affect a visitor’s ability to use the Website, even when another party supplies it. If you encounter a barrier involving Third-Party Content, please contact us through the Accessibility Assistance section. We will review the information you provide and, where appropriate, coordinate with the Property Management Company or applicable provider concerning the issue and available ways to access the information or complete the task.

ACCESSIBILITY TOOLS

Devices, browsers, and operating systems offer features that may help visitors use the Website. These include screen readers, keyboard navigation, voice control, screen magnification, text resizing, captions, and settings that adjust contrast or motion.

Common assistive technologies include NVDA and JAWS for Windows, VoiceOver on Apple devices, and TalkBack on Android devices. Individual experiences may vary depending on the device, browser, settings, and feature being used. You do not need to use a particular tool to request accessibility assistance.

Website pages are generally provided in HTML. Some property materials may be supplied as PDFs or other downloadable files. If you have difficulty accessing a document, please identify it when you contact us so we can review your request with the appropriate party.

ACCESSIBILITY ASSISTANCE

If you encounter an accessibility barrier or have difficulty accessing information or completing a task on the Website, we encourage you to contact us. This includes difficulties with property information, documents, forms, or services linked from or embedded within the Website.

We will review the issue and consider what assistance may be available to help you obtain the information or use the affected service. Depending on the request, this may involve an alternative format, another way to communicate, or coordination with the Property Management Company or the provider of a third-party service. The appropriate response will depend on the content or feature involved and who controls it.

Accessibility needs and experiences can vary by person, device, browser, and assistive technology. We welcome reports of barriers and suggestions for improving the Website. You do not need to identify a disability or use a particular assistive technology to request assistance.

Response and resolution times may vary depending on the nature of the request and whether the issue involves a service supplied by another party. If your request concerns a time-sensitive housing matter, such as scheduling a tour, submitting an application, or making a payment, please tell us when you contact us. You may also contact the property directly using the contact information on the Website.
